DR. P
PASSION
From a young age, Dr. John Pastorek knew he wanted to be a dentist. He is and always has been passionate about people. Growing relationships with his patients and helping them build confidence is his favorite part of the job. That's why he's created a curated dental experience that people enjoy and leave feeling like their best selves.
EXCELLENCE
Pursuing excellence, he is an active member of the Spear Study Club and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also currently working towards earning his AGD Fellowship. Continuously improving and perfecting his craft, he has made it a priority to pursue high level continuing education.
EDUCATION
He attended Emory University and went on to graduate from the University of Georgia with his bachelor's degree in pre-dental studies and minor in psychology. Continuing his education, he received his MBA from Georgia State University. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his General Practice Residency at Emory University Hospital, a highly regarded continuing education program focused on advancing dentistry through science.
CHARITY
Dr. P is an ambassador and part of the dental team for Remote Area Medical, a non-profit organization in Georgia and beyond providing help and dental care for underserved children and families. Building genuine long-term relationships, he has traveled to remote areas many times to continue helping people thrive by providing necessary dental care.
HOME LIFE
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Dr. P fell in love with and married his dream girl, Sarah. They have a lovely daughter, Emma, and a dog, Max, who you might see around the office. He has always enjoyed being active and is still active in both golf and tennis. He played tennis at Emory and picked up golf as an adult. Not only does he love to play, he also loves to coach. He's coached youth tennis for 5 years and has been part of several charity golf tournaments.
FUN FACTS
ABOUT DR. P

While in college, he studied abroad for a semester in Barcelona, Spain, which sparked his love for travel and experiencing different cultures.

He is a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan and has been to every home game for the past 10 years. Go Dawgs!

His favorite thing to do on weekends is exploring new restaurants with his wife in Buckhead and around Atlanta.
